The speech which caught my attention this week was given by Senator Jean-Guy Dagenais. A former police officer who experienced other crises, such as Oka, denigrates this PM’s lack of foresight and, what he calls, “foot-dragging.” At one point he even calls out the hypocrisy of finding guns (which were supposedly on their way to Coutts) and explains that there are guns that could be found every week which cross the border and end up killing teenagers in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Since everybody should already know about leftist worship of their holy narratives, I seriously doubt that any one speech has the ability to deprogram Trudeau from his moral narcissism. Instead it's just a temporary tactical retreat and political theater.

We watched the speech yesterday, and I commented right after Trudeau revoked the Act, that he must have been watching this speech ( and a few other good ones) and decided to save face. The Liberal/NDP side fought vehemently right up until the vote in the Leg Monday night to get the Act passed, then about 36 hours later they revoke it? Then this morning I got your email.! So nice to see others that are thinking critically about what has transpired. This needs to be spread around as much as possible. The damage to, and polarization of, our great country could take years to fully comprehend. He can't be allowed to get away with this sort of tyrannical behavior. Not too sure what avenues are available to Canadians to make a change though. Educating the public without the use of the Legacy media will be challenge to be sure.

I am certain that several Liberal and NDP MPs supported its adoption in the House of Commons against their own constituents will only because Trudeau made it a non confidence vote. They could lose their seat in the next election because of an Act that was used by their leader without consultation or justification and dropped a week later. If they don't see Trudeau now for the person he is, they never will, but many Canadians do.
